BRIEF: Roll out of the established new ways of working to the London HQ, located within a prominent part of the City.

The Leeds office for this client was the test bed for new ways of working and an invigorated look and feel. Once positive feedback had been received from all staff, we were able to tweak and apply the same design principles and palette to the remaining offices in the portfolio. It was important to the firm that staff travelling between sites would experience the same brand, culture, technology and connectivity regardless of location and all sites were provided with a consistent level of facilities. The London office had a greater demand to be visible to external clients and a large reception space was created directly adjacent the lift core. This would also be visible to other visitors travelling up through the building. Visual connections to teams within open plan was also important but needed to be carefully balanced with the ability for easy to access heads down working.
